About the role

  • Spécialiste IA et Automatisation travaillant sur l’automatisation de la sécurité dans l’équipe Croix-Bleue. Responsabilités incluent la conception de workflows et l'évaluation d'outils de sécurité IA.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security automation workflows using SOAR platforms
  • Develop and train defensive AI agents for automated vulnerability triage and threat analysis
  • Implement automated detection rules that incorporate AI context (identifying exploitation patterns generated by LLMs)
  • Automate the remediation chain
  • Integrate threat intelligence feeds (CISA KEV, EPSS, and other specific feeds) into prioritization pipelines
  • Evaluate and manage AI-augmented security tools (SOC copilots, auto-triage, contextual enrichment)
  • Develop deception strategies (honeypots, decoys) to detect AI-driven automated attacks
  • Measure the effectiveness of automations and produce improvement metrics
  • Maintain continuous technology watch on advances in AI applied to security and offensive threats
  • Train teams on the secure and effective use of AI tools

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, including at least 2 years with an automation or AI component
  • Demonstrated experience with SOAR platforms (Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, Microsoft Sentinel) or equivalent orchestration
  • Experience with detection frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Sigma rules) and SIEM tools
  • Proficiency with AI/ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, LangChain…)
  • Knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI) and their integration into security workflows
  • Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR platforms and integration via API/webhook
  • Understanding of threat intelligence concepts, STIX/TAXII, and vulnerability feeds
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Bash
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure) and microservices architectures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Functional English is required to participate in collaborative projects for pan-Canadian (or global) clients
  • Practical experience with LLMs/AI agents in a security context is a major asset
