About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage generalist or specialized assignments within client organizations, in accordance with the service offering and/or established action plan and within agreed-upon timelines
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and develop HR action plans tailored to clients’ organizational needs
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to managers, directors, and employees of client companies
  • Recommend, develop, implement, or oversee the application of processes, policies, and tools to ensure sound human resources management
  • Design and implement solutions to resolve problematic or complex situations
  • Provide personalized coaching to managers, using strategies tailored to their needs
  • Contribute, as needed, to the development and execution of the company’s strategy
  • Work directly with clients to analyze their needs, propose innovative solutions, and support them in implementing effective and sustainable practices
  • Work under the supervision of the Consultation Team Lead

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, human resources, or another relevant field
  • Have five or more years of relevant experience in human resources
  • CRHA or CRIA designation is an asset
  • Experience in consulting or serving multiple clients is required
  • Own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license
  • Be available to travel to client sites
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Be self-motivated and demonstrate accountability, initiative, and rigor
  • Interest in business development within client engagements
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French
  • Professional proficiency in English is an asset
