About the role

  • Stratège RH accompagnant les entreprises clientes de Go RH, cabinet québécois de solutions RH et recrutement. Diagnostics organisationnels, plans d’action, coaching et optimisation des pratiques RH.

Responsibilities

  • Manage generalist or specialized assignments within client organizations, according to the service offering and/or established action plan and within agreed-upon timelines
  • Conduct organizational assessments and develop HR action plans tailored to clients’ organizational needs
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to managers, directors, and employees of client companies
  • Recommend, develop, implement, or oversee the application of processes, policies, and tools for sound human resources management
  • Design and implement solutions to resolve challenging or complex situations
  • Provide personalized coaching to managers, with strategies tailored to their needs
  • Participate, as needed, in developing and cascading the company’s strategy

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, human resources, or another relevant field
  • Have 5 or more years of relevant experience in human resources
  • Hold the CRHA or CRIA designation (an asset)
  • Have experience in consulting or working with multiple clients (required)
  • Own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s licence
  • Be available to travel to client sites
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Be self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and rigorous
  • Have an interest in business development as part of client engagements
  • Have excellent spoken and written French skills
  • Have professional-level English skills (an asset)
