About the role

  • Talent acquisition specialist advising clients in Montreal on recruiting strategic key talents with rigorous assessment. Enhance candidate experience and client satisfaction through effective hiring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment assignments according to the service offering and agreed timelines;
  • Develop a work plan using the "Go RH" methodology and keep clients informed of project progress;
  • Provide ongoing support on recruitment best practices;
  • Conduct sourcing, direct outreach, prequalification, and present the most suitable candidates;
  • Oversee job postings, social media, and recruitment marketing to attract passive talent;
  • Build and maintain candidate pools in our ATS (Lever) and nurture a network of top talent;
  • Design creative short-, mid- and long-term talent acquisition strategies;
  • Participate in HR projects, report billing variances and propose appropriate solutions;
  • Deliver high-quality client interactions with constructive feedback and adhere to mandate criteria;
  • Handle administrative tasks such as timesheets, follow-ups, internal communication, and participate in internal special projects when required;
  • Attend team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to optimize internal processes;
  • Analyze and comply with the service agreements related to assigned mandates;
  • Perform various administrative duties related to the role, such as managing timesheets and internal communications;
  • Contribute to internal special projects (training, co-development, research, etc.).

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in-house or at a recruitment agency, with expertise in technical sourcing and full-cycle recruitment;
  • Comfortable with direct outreach (phone, email, social networks) and salary negotiation (base and variable);
  • Able to effectively support hiring managers and HR leaders during interviews, both technically and on soft skills;
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing service, with a passion for finding creative solutions to client challenges;
  • Excellent communication skills (native French; at least technical English), clear and adapted to each interlocutor;
  • Must own a car and have a valid driver's license;
  • Available to travel to client sites as needed;
  • Adaptability: always ready to adjust to changes and navigate team dynamics with ease;
  • Organization: strong organizational skills to juggle priorities while meeting objectives;
  • Autonomy: initiative and the ability to proactively find solutions;
