About the role

  • Director managing Hilton Supply Management accounts for Canadian hospitality customers. Driving procurement program adoption, savings, supplier partnerships, and year-over-year growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for the customer's leadership team, ensuring day-to-day needs are met while identifying and executing key growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with customer procurement and operations teams to support strategic initiatives through partnership with suppliers and HSM internal teams
  • Serve as the first point of escalation within HSM for supplier-related issues in the Canadian market
  • Partner with customer leadership teams to set long-term strategic objectives and drive critical initiatives
  • Work with HSM Category Management to identify white space and expand programs and services
  • Work with the HSM Onboarding team to add properties to the HSM program as new customers join or existing customers expand
  • Promote program participation through reporting, coaching emails, and business reviews for key ownership and management groups
  • Lead strategic business reviews with customers and suppliers
  • Increase program growth and adoption by expanding HSM programs and services in the market
  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts with responsibility for relationship management, customer success, and year-over-year growth
  • Report to the VP of Strategy & Business Operations

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of professional experience in hospitality and/or procurement/supply chain related roles
  • Experience analyzing information to make data-based business decisions
  • Experience delivering presentations to executive level stakeholders
  • Travel approximately 25%-50%
  • Experience in Account Management/Customer Success roles would be useful
  • Experience leading teams/direct reports would be useful
