About the role
- Product CEO building and operating AI-native ventures within Human Agency’s venture studio. Setting venture strategy, accountability, funding cadence, and sales direction.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate an own venture from zero to one within the Human Agency studio
- Set the framework and cadence for evaluating, funding, and scaling ventures across the studio
- Run weekly studio syncs and own accountability across active ventures
- Sell the vision to partners, customers, and investors and close deals
- Deploy AI and agents as core infrastructure in everything built
- Serve as CEO and product leader for the venture studio role
Requirements
- Proven experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader who shipped real products
- Sales ability and ability to close with partners, customers, or investors
- Experience building with AI, not just using it
- Comfort with ambiguity at every level
- Builder-first mindset
