About the role
- Venture studio CEO building and operating AI-native ventures at Human Agency. Setting studio funding, evaluation, and accountability frameworks while selling to partners, customers, and investors.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate your own venture from zero to one within the Human Agency studio
- Set the framework and cadence for how ventures are evaluated, funded, and scaled across the studio
- Run weekly studio syncs and serve as the point of accountability across all active ventures
- Sell the vision to partners, customers, or investors and close deals
- Deploy AI and agents as core infrastructure in everything you build
- Lead critique and determine whether ventures are working
Requirements
- Proven experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader who shipped real products
- Sales DNA — ability to get in a room and move people
- AI-native builder who has built with AI, not just used it
- Comfort with ambiguity at every level
- Zero interest in process for process's sake; builds, ships, and iterates
- Accountability, curiosity, and a builder-first mindset
