Partner with business leaders to translate learning needs into structured development solutions
Design, develop, and deliver advisor-facing and employee-facing learning programs
Act as an internal consultant for departmental training initiatives
Lead and execute multiple projects managing scope and timelines
Implement a formal talent planning process
Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps
Develop curriculum focused on attracting, growing, and retaining talent
Support the rollout of performance management programs
Create and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program
Design and produce digital learning content
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in adult learning, talent development, or a related field
Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion
Strong consultative mindset with the ability to identify business needs
Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships
Experience with technology platforms and digital content creation tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bilingual in French and English considered an asset
