About the role

  • Senior Consultant responsible for designing learning solutions in talent development at PPI Management. Collaborating with business leaders to drive advisor engagement and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to translate learning needs into structured development solutions
  • Design, develop, and deliver advisor-facing and employee-facing learning programs
  • Act as an internal consultant for departmental training initiatives
  • Lead and execute multiple projects managing scope and timelines
  • Implement a formal talent planning process
  • Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps
  • Develop curriculum focused on attracting, growing, and retaining talent
  • Support the rollout of performance management programs
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program
  • Design and produce digital learning content
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in adult learning, talent development, or a related field
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to identify business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Experience with technology platforms and digital content creation tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bilingual in French and English considered an asset
