- Advanced Claims Adjuster leading and overseeing claims operations at Independence Pet Holdings. Ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency in a growing pet insurance organization.
Responsibilities
- Provides accountable oversight for the implementation and documentation of policies, practices, and processes.
- Ensures proper licensing and insurance compliance for adjusters.
- Develops strategies including short- and long-term plans to facilitate ongoing work, process improvement, customer relations and other functions.
- Monitors quality assurance results.
- Directs oversight of adjuster’s ethics, licensing, and compliance.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of adjusting experience
- Has a level 3 adjusters license in their home province
- A CIP and has completed courses:

- - C14 - Automobile Insurance – Part 1
- - C110 - Essentials of Loss Adjusting
