Responsibilities
Support patients in using technology solutions related to diabetes management
Provide personalized follow-up and respond to users’ questions
Train and support healthcare professionals in using the various solutions offered (in person and remotely)
Collaborate with endocrinologists, nurses and dietitians to optimize the patient experience
Contribute to the adoption of best practices in diabetes management
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define priorities related to customer satisfaction
Participate in industry events and conferences, as needed
Perform any other related duties or responsibilities, as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, nutrition or dietetics
Registered member in good standing with the OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec) or the OPDQ (Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec)
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
Minimum of one year of experience in a Type 1 diabetes clinic or in a similar role
