About the role
- AI Project Manager at Genia overseeing projects with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful AI implementation. Leading initiatives from discovery to deployment, requiring strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI and automation projects
- Translate client objectives into clear scopes, timelines and deliverables
- Facilitate project rituals (kickoffs, weekly meetings, steering committees, retrospectives)
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Track progress, dependencies, risks and scope changes
- Ensure deadlines, budget and commitments are met
- Produce and maintain clear, structured documentation
- Support client adoption of solutions
- Quickly identify issues and propose concrete solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience (technology, digital, agency or consulting)
- Genuine interest and passion for AI and its practical business applications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving projects
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong client orientation and ability to simplify complex topics
- Solid writing and documentation skills
- Comfortable with tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp or equivalent
- Bilingual French/English (fluent in French and English)
