About the role
- Project Manager at Ipsos overseeing multiple survey-based market research projects within budget and timelines. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure end-to-end project execution in Toronto, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple survey-based market research projects at once, within timeline and budgets.
- Act as an effective liaison with operations and other internal departments, as well as external vendors.
- Quality check study questionnaires & perform in-depth quality checks at every stage of the process.
- Manage the setup, launch and monitoring of research projects.
- Support in questionnaire design and develop analysis (tabulation) plans.
- Analyze data and draw conclusions; prepare reports and presentations; make recommendations based on the insights that address the client’s business needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a research environment (research firm experience an asset).
- Requires strong quantitative, research, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to oversee and direct multiple projects, including keeping track of budgets and timelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clean, client-ready deliverables.
- Ability to review the work of others for data accuracy, formatting, and adherence to style guide.
- Must be self-motivated and entrepreneurial (i.e., ability to think independently).
- Intellectually curious with a desire to better understand the “why” behind the data.
- Works well in a team environment with senior and junior colleagues.
- Bachelor’s Degree required – market research, marketing, and/or business coursework/programs are an asset.
