Senior Director selling JD Power’s proprietary data, analytics, and advisory solutions to mid-sized retail banks.
Driving new bookings, complex sales cycles, and strategic account expansion across financial services.
Responsibilities
Own and execute new business bookings efforts aligned to FSAAS growth priorities
Establish JD Power as a strategic partner to mid-sized retail banks through consultative conversations with executive stakeholders
Develop relationships with Retail Banking, CX, Marketing, Digital, and Lending leaders to uncover enterprise-wide opportunities
Drive new logo acquisition and wallet-share growth by connecting JD Power’s Financial Services portfolio to measurable business improvements
Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
Represent JD Power in executive-level meetings, briefings, and negotiations
Expand a portfolio of strategic or high-value accounts
Build and maintain relationships with VP-, SVP-, and C-level client stakeholders
Develop account strategies aligned to customer objectives and JD Power capabilities
Identify and advance cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities
Achieve or exceed assigned bookings targets
Maintain a robust, accurate, and well-qualified pipeline
Forecast revenue reliably and manage deal progression
Lead expansion and contract negotiation efforts for assigned accounts
Support renewals and expansions in coordination with Customer Success
Partner with Customer Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
Provide customer and market feedback to inform strategy and offerings
Support development of executive-level proposals, presentations, and value narratives
Stay informed on industry trends, customer priorities, and competitive dynamics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in enterprise, consultative B2B sales
Proven success selling data-driven, SaaS, analytics, research, or advisory solutions
Strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales environments independently
High degree of accountability, organization, and sales discipline
Experience working with Financial Services clients preferred
Retail Banking experience a plus
Ability to travel up to 30%

Starting salary range of $130,000–150,000 USD or $100,000–125,000 CAD per year
