About the role

  • Marketing Co-Op supporting Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery’s Canada portfolio, analytics, and product launches. Collaborating with marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, and healthcare stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing assigned portfolio brands and designing and executing product lifecycle plans and strategies.
  • Understand trends, gather insights, and support marketing decisions through data analytics and market information.
  • Report qualitative, quantitative, and competitive data related to the portfolio.
  • Assist in executing strategies and tactics for projects and new product launches.
  • Attend periodic supply chain and finance partner meetings to manage product forecasting and demand planning.
  • Support Key Opinion Leader relationships and customer insight initiatives.
  • Work with the sales team to execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Support internal and external ad-hoc requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the Surgery Canada Marketing team as part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery.

Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Pursuing second, third, and fourth year of a bachelor's degree.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.4 or higher.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Currently participating in an integrated co-op undergraduate or graduate degree program.
  • Previous internship and/or relevant work experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge and experience in Medical Devices and the Healthcare industry is an asset.
  • Self-directed.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities; ability to thrive through ambiguity.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
