About the role

  • Product marketing manager driving integration adoption and partner-sourced growth for Jobber’s small-business service software. Building co-marketing programs across Jobber’s technology and channel ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own partner marketing programs driving customer adoption, partner growth, and business impact across Jobber’s ecosystem
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing campaigns, product launches, content, events, marketplace promotions, and demand generation programs
  • Build and manage partner relationships and joint marketing plans
  • Develop positioning, messaging, enablement resources, and go-to-market assets for partner solutions and integrations
  • Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Design teams
  • Gather customer, partner, competitive, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
  • Own performance metrics including integration adoption, marketplace engagement, partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and campaign performance
  • Use data to optimize programs and drive business impact
  • Support franchise, referral, and association partnerships
  • Work with technology and channel partners including Google, Zapier, Gusto, and The Home Depot

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, ecosystem marketing, or a related B2B SaaS go-to-market role
  • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives for technology integrations, platform ecosystems, app marketplaces, or strategic technology partnerships
  • Proven track record of developing and executing co-marketing programs with external partners
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills
  • Experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong program management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset using performance data and customer insights
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and move projects forward in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner events
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Successfully complete a background check
