About the role
- Remote recruiting coordinator supporting Employer.com's talent acquisition services for a large SaaS client. Scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and managing hiring documentation across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules
- Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company
- Experience working for a US-based company
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ATS Greenhouse
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Candidates may live anywhere in Canada
