About the role
- Senior Business Recruiter scaling Faire’s technology wholesale platform through full-cycle recruiting. Partnering with hiring managers, sourcing talent, closing candidates, and improving recruiting operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including negotiating and closing candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand roles, build structured processes, and create effective job descriptions
- Drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels and internal referrals
- Drive the offer process to onboard candidates
- Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity
- Build transparent reporting for stakeholders on recruiting activity

- Help build an inclusive and diverse team environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally coming from a tech start-up
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to take initiative solving complex talent puzzles
- Passion for recruiting
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Deep care for candidate experience and employee brand, with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven with experience managing weekly pipeline reporting
