- Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting Salesforce and AWS professionals for NeuraFlash, an AI, AWS, and Salesforce solutions company. Managing sourcing, hiring, offers, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Participate in the full recruiting life cycle, including candidate prescreening, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding documentation
- Develop candidate pipelines in niche areas based on market needs and business strategies
- Use standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent
- Recruit and network through social media, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, and job fairs
- Implement recruiting strategies to support company growth
- Maintain job postings and assist with standardized job descriptions
- Create and send candidate offer letters and conduct salary negotiations
- Coordinate with practice leads and recruiting teams on candidate follow-up
- Own and maintain a positive candidate experience
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Ensure accurate and timely onboarding paperwork
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space
- Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus
- Proficient with Google Suite (Word, Sheets, Calendar)
- Comfortable and confident on the phone
- Competitive and goal-oriented with attention to detail
- Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
