About the role
- Contract Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring for Red Nucleus’s pharmaceutical and life sciences functions. Building talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers across Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned functions or regions
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Provide guidance on talent market conditions, hiring strategies, and selection decisions
- Understand business objectives and workforce needs to develop recruiting approaches
- Set expectations regarding timelines, role requirements, and candidate profiles
- Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Promote employer brand messaging aligned with organizational values and employee experience
- Partner on candidate evaluations, offer recommendations, and hiring decisions
- Support offer development and negotiations in alignment with compensation guidelines and internal equity
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences across job levels
- Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and HR professionals
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices
- Strong communication and influencing skills
