Responsibilities
- Analyzing clinical, operational, and digital product data to provide business partners with actionable insights
- Wrangling the data required for your analyses using SQL
- Architecting novel data sets as necessary
- Developing self-serve reporting tools in Tableau for business partners
- Contributing to a specific part of a project or owning the project from start to finish
- Answering ad hoc questions
- Leveraging your curiosity, domain area knowledge, and initiative to proactively identify opportunities for analysis
- Synthesizing, summarizing, and presenting insights to a variety of decision-makers, from C-level executives to clinical and operational field staff
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand data needs, and provide valuable insights.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in an analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or a related area.
- Proven experience in data analysis and dashboard development using Tableau (or a similar BI tool)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Obsessive attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Curiosity, initiative, and flexibility
- Preferred Qualifications: Tableau Desktop and Server certifications
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools
- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning concepts
