Responsibilities
- Lead and develop software engineering teams responsible for enterprise SaaS products and platform services
- Drive technical execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives across cloud-based and distributed systems
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering planning activities
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans
- Drive engineering best practices across CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and operational readiness
- Review technical designs and provide guidance on scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance
- Support production operations, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor engineers and technical leads while fostering a culture of accountability and engineering excellence
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications, distributed systems, or cloud-based services
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- Experience participating in architecture reviews and technical design discussions for production systems
- Experience delivering software using Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
- Experience supporting production systems, including operational readiness, incident response, and reliability improvements
