Responsibilities
- Translate group-level strategy into practical delivery models aligned with business goals and stakeholders commitments
- Design and maintain scalable data models that unify disparate data sources into a 'single source of truth.'
- Build and oversee sophisticated BI dashboards that monitor organizational KPIs and operational health
- Partner with Finance, Product, and Delivery teams to perform exploratory analysis
- Act as the 'guardian' of data quality
- Identify opportunities to automate manual data collection and reporting tasks
Requirements
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Design and maintain scalable data models
- Advanced Visualization: Build and oversee sophisticated BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker)
- Cross-Functional Deep Dives: Partner with Finance, Product, and Delivery teams to perform exploratory analysis
- Data Governance: Act as the 'guardian' of data quality
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual data collection and reporting tasks
