Senior ERP Project Manager for Long View, leading ERP software delivery through complex projects. Engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes in scope, schedule, and quality.
Responsibilities
Lead client-facing ERP, data, and IT implementation projects through discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare (Dynamics 365 preferred; other ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, Workday, etc.)
Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and customer experience; establish and maintain project governance and reporting
Lead cross-functional technical delivery teams (consultants, developers, solution architects, data, integration, infrastructure, and security) and drive accountability to commitments
Own client communications (cadence, channels, audience-specific updates) and facilitate executive sponsor / steering committee updates
Proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and decisions required; lead difficult conversations professionally and drive timely resolution of issues and escalations
Manage project RAID and dependency tracking; remove blockers and coordinate across teams and vendors
Plan and coordinate data migration activities (strategy, mock conversions, reconciliation), integration delivery, and environment readiness
Lead end-to-end testing planning and execution support (SIT/UAT), including defect triage, prioritization, and entry/exit criteria
Develop and manage cutover plans, go-live readiness, and hypercare support; ensure smooth transition to operations and/or managed services
Support statement of work (SOW) delivery execution and governance, including change control, scope management, client approvals, and participation in SOW review processes in partnership with account leadership
Requirements
7+ years of experience as an IT/ERP Project Manager delivering enterprise software implementations in a client-facing consulting environment
ERP implementation experience on at least one major platform (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, Workday, etc.), including end-to-end lifecycle delivery
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical delivery teams and manage complex dependencies (data, integration, infrastructure, security)
Strong customer service mindset with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, handle escalations, and deliver an excellent client experience
Experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies (hybrid delivery experience preferred)
Strong governance and delivery discipline: RAID management, status reporting, change control, scope management, and schedule management
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including executive-level updates and leading tough conversations professionally
