Senior design manager shaping Loopio’s RFP software brand across digital, events, social, and motion. Leading design production, AI governance, visual identity, and creative collaboration.
Responsibilities
Oversee major brand and marketing design projects across the business as designer and project manager
Manage design resources, including vendor selection, tools, systems, and process improvements
Use AI-assisted tools to scale design impact while maintaining brand integrity
Build review and governance practices for AI-assisted work
Guide and evolve Loopio’s visual identity and communicate brand standards company-wide
Own short-form video, animated social content, and motion-driven web/product marketing assets
Build systems and templates for efficient video and motion production
Manage the design function and mentor the web designer, freelancers, and marketing team members
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Product Management, Product Design, Partnerships, and Talent teams
Develop visuals for customers, prospects, employees, and other audiences
Requirements
5–8 years of experience managing brand and design in-house, preferably in technology and/or B2B
Experience as the most senior designer on a team
Experience with web, print, swag, event collateral, logos, icons, and slide decks
Excellent project management skills
Confident stakeholder communication and consultation skills
Creative and collaborative mindset
Continuous learning and willingness to research new styles and tools
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and/or Figma
Knowledge of print processes, accessibility standards, video/motion, and web design principles
Portfolio or relevant materials required
Candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area and be able to access the Downtown Toronto co-working space for occasional team get-togethers
Must have valid work permits/SIN to work in Canada; Loopio does not offer sponsorship
Photography/videography, animation, and illustration skills are bonuses, not requirements
