Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a key area
- Collaborate closely with Design, Customer Experience, and Go-to-Market teams
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to design and deliver AI-powered solutions
- Define, track, and optimize success metrics
- Lead cross-functional rituals
- Build market and competitive expertise
- Engage directly with customers to understand product performance
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by connecting roadmap decisions to outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience owning a product area end-to-end, including strategy, discovery, delivery, and adoption
- Proven track record of launching successful B2B AI-enabled products
- Strong AI product foundation
- Customer-obsessed mindset
- Strategic thinking balanced with execution rigour
- Solid technical fluency and comfort collaborating closely with engineers
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
