Responsibilities
Review and process new account applications across deposit and loan products
Identify missing or incorrect documentation and follow up to ensure completeness and compliance
Partner with key stakeholders to complete account openings by meeting all required criteria
Maintain high quality and accuracy in all account setups
Meet established service level agreements (SLAs)
Escalate issues or risks as needed
Execute enhanced due diligence for higher-risk clients and accounts
Exercise sound judgment and risk-based decision-making
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset (proficiency required for Québec)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage workload independently and as part of a team
Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and systems in a changing environment
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the initiative to investigate and resolve issues
