About the role
- Senior Product Manager leading the Deposit Products team at Manulife. Overseeing money-movement experiences and ATMs to enhance customer banking experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and management of the ATM portfolio ensuring reliable access to cash and self-service banking
- Own the end-to-end performance of the Debit Card portfolio
- Partner closely with the Payments & Money Movement team in prioritizing money-movement capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments
Requirements
- 3-5 years in Product Management, preferably in Deposits
- University or college degree, or equivalent work experience
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Agile Product Owner certification or relevant experience preferred
