About the role

  • Lead Technical Project Manager driving customer experience strategy at Mastercard. Managing projects from inception to completion with a focus on technology, product, and program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion related to a known technology, product, or program
  • Secure resources, scopes efforts, outlines priorities and establishes delivery milestones
  • Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the organization and all dependent organizations
  • Serve as a first point of contact for projects and the source of truth for project status
  • Transform raw thoughts into clear and concise communications
  • Have experience in and understand industry technologies

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience managing complex projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes
  • Experience with agile frameworks for managing complex workstreams
  • Knowledge of working with Atlassian Jira and BMC Remedy is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight to deliver business goals
