Responsibilities
- Review and analyze property purchase agreements, leases, and other legal documents
- Draft documents related to real estate transactions
- Coordinate, manage, and participate in the closing of real estate transactions and related meetings

- Prepare property and mortgage transfers
- Prepare title reports and other transaction-related reports
Requirements
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- College diploma or certificate in Legal/Paralegal Studies (e.g., DEC or AEC)
