Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze property purchase agreements, leases, and other legal documents
  • Draft documents related to real estate transactions
  • Coordinate, manage, and participate in the closing of real estate transactions and related meetings
  • Manage communications, including responding to emails, inquiries, and phone calls
  • Prepare property and mortgage transfers
  • Prepare title reports and other transaction-related reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • College diploma or certificate in Legal/Paralegal Studies (e.g., DEC or AEC)
