Requirements
Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization (oral and written), including complex writing of a legal nature.
Proficiency in both English and French.
Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with highly confidential information and situations.
Proven conflict management skills, including the ability to be neutral and calm in interviews about sensitive matters.
Consulting skills to efficiently partner with the store management and human resources teams.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing business conditions.

Minimum Education Required: College Certificate or Diploma.
Certificate in conducting workplace investigations or human rights training is an asset.
3-5 years’ experience in investigations or human rights fields would be considered an asset.
