Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 8+ years of experience with HR Technology
- Specialist knowledge in HR Technology
- Depth of knowledge in HR areas (Talent Acquisition, Workforce planning, Metrics and Analytics, Org Design)
- Experience working in large, global organizations
- Proven ability to use data to drive people decisions
- Experience leading HR Technology projects
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Advanced presentation and client management skills
- Ability to travel across North America ~20% of the time
