Responsibilities
- Providing high quality HR technology and AI advice to clients
- Skilled in using data to drive enterprise-wide people decisions
- Facilitating workshops for talent-related projects
- Building and managing relationships with internal & external clients
- Working with research team to improve content in HR technology and AI
- Coaching other advisors
- Supporting commercial teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources
- At least 8+ years of experience with HR Technology
- Knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Workforce planning, Metrics and Analytics, Org Design/Structure & HR Structure
- Experience in large, global organizations and multinational organizations
- Proven ability to use data to drive people decisions
- Exposure to planning and/or implementation of AI strategies
- Advanced presentation, needs assessment, and client management skills
- Strong project and time management skills
- Specialized degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business or Technology would be an asset.
- CHRL, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent professional designation would be an asset.
- Ability to travel across North America ~20% of the time and qualify for a TN Visa.
