Responsibilities
Audit AI agents’ completed manufacturing-related work products rather than performing or redoing the tasks
Review the task instructions, agent actions, produced files, and AI grader scoresheet
Assess whether tasks are realistic for the relevant manufacturing occupation
Verify domain content, standards, figures, regulations, terminology, and constraints
Review eleven yes/no grading questions and explain disagreements
Independently band the work and assess whether the reported score is defensible
Determine whether a practitioner could use or accept the work
Write a short reason for every judgment
Spend approximately one hour per item
Requirements
5+ years placing real POs and negotiating with suppliers accountable for (Buyers and Purchasing Agents)
5+ years running a shift or line, owning the schedule and people on it (First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers)
4+ years designing parts or systems that got built (Mechanical Engineers)
3+ years doing capacity, throughput, layout, or time studies that changed how a plant ran (Industrial Engineers)
4+ years owning receiving, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy in a real warehouse or plant (Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerks)
Near-native business English
Comfort with spreadsheets or PDFs to check whether numbers reconcile
Practical manufacturing experience, such as root-cause investigations, PPAP, first-article inspection, cycle-count variance ownership, or correcting method sheets
Independent contractor status
Must be able to work without access to confidential or proprietary information from employers, clients, or institutions
