About the role

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain innovative healthcare technology used daily by caregivers
  • Conduct on-site service runs in long-term care homes to solve connectivity, IT, hardware, and software problems
  • Build trust with care staff through responsive and service-oriented support
  • Deliver clear and practical training sessions to care staff for technology integration

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer support or a similar hands-on and client-facing role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, IT & basic software environments)
  • Valid driver’s license and car
  • Customer-first mindset; enjoy helping people and building trust
  • Strong communicator; keep both customers and the Momo team informed with timely updates
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments where plans may change and solutions may not be obvious
