About the role

  • Mozilla, an open-source internet technology company, seeks a lifecycle marketing operations manager for Firefox Mobile growth in Canada. Coordinating ASO, campaigns, launches, localization, reporting and AI-assisted workflow automation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute App Store Optimization initiatives, including metadata updates, creative experiments and app store events, with Product Marketing and an external agency
  • Translate approved lifecycle campaign briefs into executable plans and support hands-on campaign execution across key user-journey moments
  • Support product launches and priority growth initiatives by coordinating workstreams, cross-functional handoffs and operational follow-through
  • Own shared localization, quality assurance and operational readiness workflows, escalating blockers and risks before delivery impact
  • Gather and consolidate campaign and experiment performance data and operational learnings for reporting, synthesis and optimization decisions
  • Develop scalable processes, automation and AI-assisted workflows, including solutions using Claude Code and Cowork, to improve consistency and reduce coordination overhead

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
  • Experience coordinating and executing multi-step marketing programs across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines and dependencies
  • Strong operational judgment, organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently
  • Experience creating repeatable processes, workflows and documentation that improve execution quality and efficiency

  • Experience with mobile growth or App Store Optimization, including metadata optimization and creative experimentation
  • Comfort working with performance data, including campaign measurement, experiment analysis and reporting
