About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and milestones according to client needs
- Ensure clear assignment of tasks and clarification of requirements with each team member
- Plan the project, monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions
- Update reports related to approved dates, deliverables, and budgets
- Prepare progress reports
- Manage risks and changes to ensure project success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering (or equivalent education/experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects
- PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise is an asset
- Ability to develop clear action plans from limited information
- Self-motivated, organized, and strong time-management skills
- Leadership and situational judgment
- Interpersonal and communication skills to influence and achieve consensus
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong knowledge of: MS Office, JIRA-plan, Confluence, ERP Dynamics NAV
