About the role

  • Claims Representative for client care team processing insurance claims in a hybrid role. Ensuring accurate claims handling and client support through documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing documents, processing claims accurately, and communicating with policyholders, brokers, and body shops to make sure our clients get the support they are entitled to, quickly and professionally.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in insurance, financial services, or a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail. Accuracy in claims handling is essential
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet SLAs
  • A high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when navigating difficult conversations
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • The ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and comfort working within a collaborative environment
  • Receptiveness to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • General Level 1 Insurance Licence, or a strong willingness to obtain one — we will support you
  • Bonus Points For Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already in hand
  • Prior experience in claims handling or insurance administration
  • Familiarity with total loss or specialty insurance products
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Punjabi, or French
