About the role

  • Claims Representative processing claims and supporting policyholders in stressful moments. Working with the client care team in a hybrid role for an insurance firm.

Responsibilities

  • reviewing documents
  • processing claims accurately
  • communicating with policyholders, brokers, and body shops

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • The ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • General Level 1 Insurance Licence, or willingness to obtain one
