Construction Project Coordinator supporting the Project Management team in a leading commercial real estate firm. Responsibilities include administrative support, invoice processing, and maintaining project records.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and interpersonal support to the Project Management team.
Maintain excellent records, including processing invoices, coordinating meetings, and helping coordinate project proposals and information.
Proactively complete administrative duties seamlessly, navigating shifting priorities throughout the day.
Respond to general day-to-day inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and redirect specific issues to the appropriate team member for action and resolution.
Coordinate documents and approvals (contracts, invoices, compliance, closeout) and ensure audit-ready records.
Support invoice reviews, reconciliation, and financial workflows in Yardi/CLM.
Liaise with PMs, Accounting, vendors, and Property teams to support accurate execution and closeout.
Requirements
A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role.
Sophisticated Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Sophisticated Yardi and Procure skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience working within a real estate environment.
Experience working within a professional services environment.
