About the role

  • ServiceNow Developer supporting the evolution of the platform to automate tasks and enhance governance. Collaborating with teams to improve user experience and system efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the ServiceNow platform by automating tasks and expanding self-service tools
  • Improve governance and control of key systems
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery and Infrastructure leadership to improve End-User Experience and gain greater ROI
  • Administer ServiceNow instance including management of users, groups, and roles
  • Manage CMS Development, ACLs, business rules, Workflow Designer, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalog items
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to solve challenges and acquire new skills

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience with full SDLC responsibilities, implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology and developing on the ServiceNow platform
  • Fluent in JavaScript skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow deployments utilizing xml, update sets and Application Repository
  • Strong familiarity with supporting the IT Service Management module (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog)
  • ServiceNow Developer Certifications in Application Development
  • Experience with custom applications and App Engine
  • ITIL Foundations Certification (v4 or higher)
