Responsibilities
Support the ServiceNow platform by automating tasks and expanding self-service tools
Improve governance and control of key systems
Work closely with the Service Delivery and Infrastructure leadership to improve End-User Experience and gain greater ROI
Administer ServiceNow instance including management of users, groups, and roles
Manage CMS Development, ACLs, business rules, Workflow Designer, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalog items
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to solve challenges and acquire new skills
Requirements
4+ years' experience with full SDLC responsibilities, implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology and developing on the ServiceNow platform
Fluent in JavaScript skills
Experience with ServiceNow deployments utilizing xml, update sets and Application Repository
Strong familiarity with supporting the IT Service Management module (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog)
ServiceNow Developer Certifications in Application Development
Experience with custom applications and App Engine
ITIL Foundations Certification (v4 or higher)
