About the role
- ServiceNow Developer supporting the evolution of the platform to automate tasks and enhance governance. Collaborating with teams to improve user experience and system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the ServiceNow platform by automating tasks and expanding self-service tools
- Improve governance and control of key systems
- Work closely with the Service Delivery and Infrastructure leadership to improve End-User Experience and gain greater ROI
- Administer ServiceNow instance including management of users, groups, and roles
- Manage CMS Development, ACLs, business rules, Workflow Designer, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalog items
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to solve challenges and acquire new skills
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience with full SDLC responsibilities, implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology and developing on the ServiceNow platform
- Fluent in JavaScript skills
- Experience with ServiceNow deployments utilizing xml, update sets and Application Repository
- Strong familiarity with supporting the IT Service Management module (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog)
- ServiceNow Developer Certifications in Application Development
- Experience with custom applications and App Engine
- ITIL Foundations Certification (v4 or higher)
