Responsibilities

Digital transformation projects on time — website redesigns, app design & development, AI automation, smart integrations, and more
Full product lifecycles — from discovery and prioritization to launch and iteration
Repeatable systems that let us deliver MVPs in weeks while keeping quality insanely high
Clear roadmaps and scopes that keep designers, developers, and clients aligned and excited
Long-term client relationships — accounts managed with care so clients stay happy throughout every project
Blocker-free environments where risks get predicted and momentum stays sky-high

Proven experience managing web, app, and digital transformation projects in an agency environment
Account management skills — you keep clients happy and engaged throughout entire projects
Strong agile methodology — standups, retros, and iteration are second nature to you
The ability to be the bridge between clients, designers, and developers — you speak everyone's language fluently
Professional-level experience with project management tools — we use Linear
C1–C2 English level minimum
Responsibility — you own your work and follow through without reminders
