Requirements
- Proven experience managing web, app, and digital transformation projects in an agency environment
- Account management skills — you keep clients happy and engaged throughout entire projects
- Strong agile methodology — standups, retros, and iteration are second nature to you
- The ability to be the bridge between clients, designers, and developers — you speak everyone's language fluently
- Professional-level experience with project management tools — we use Linear
- C1–C2 English level minimum
- Responsibility — you own your work and follow through without reminders
