About the role

  • Programmatic Manager at Phreesia managing campaigns connecting healthcare providers with privacy-safe content experiences. Responsible for strategy, execution, and optimizations across programmatic media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign management across programmatic channels, from planning and setup through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Set up, traffic, and activate programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DeepIntent, Google Ads, and similar ad tech platforms
  • Perform thorough pre-launch QA on creative assets, landing pages, tracking pixels, audience segments, and placements to ensure accurate setup and measurement
  • Monitor live campaigns for pacing, delivery, and performance, flagging issues proactively and executing optimizations to align with client KPIs
  • Execute in-platform trading activities including budget adjustments, pacing optimizations, and delivery troubleshooting
  • Support budget tracking, invoicing reconciliation, and billing accuracy across your managed book of business
  • Track and maintain campaign pacing and performance trackers, surfacing trends and optimization opportunities on a regular cadence
  • Prepare final post-campaign reports that translate data into a compelling, insight-driven story for internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day internal point of contact for your managed campaigns, ensuring clear and timely communication across internal teams
  • Collaborate with Client Services to fulfill client deliverables including campaign modifications, trafficking updates, and ad operations support
  • Deliver actionable, data-backed recommendations throughout the campaign lifecycle, translating performance insights into clear strategic guidance
  • Own responsive, professional client communications, translating technical campaign details into clear, accurate updates and ensuring stakeholders are proactively informed throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on programmatic media experience across display, video, and CTV with direct activation experience in one or more major DSPs.
  • Have hands-on experience managing programmatic media campaigns across display, video, and connected TV (CTV).
  • Understand programmatic best practices across campaign strategy, optimization, trading, and performance analysis.
  • Are comfortable activating campaigns in leading DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, DeepIntent, Amazon, or similar platforms.
  • Communicate complex performance data in a clear, actionable way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bring experience working in agency, client services, digital media, or ad operations environments.
  • Have experience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences advertising campaigns.
  • Are familiar with tagging, ad serving, campaign management platforms, and audience solutions.
  • Are curious about how AI can improve media workflows and enjoy sharing new ideas with your team.
  • Have experience with tools such as FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM360), Swoop, Crossix, Excel, or other business intelligence and analytics platforms.
