About the role
- Strategy Account Coordinator at Pilothouse, an e-commerce growth agency serving ambitious consumer brands. Supporting strategists with client portfolios, cross-functional execution, reporting, and account coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Strategists in managing a portfolio of e-commerce brands
- Coordinate execution across Media, Creative, Retention, CRO, Analytics, Amazon, and other delivery teams
- Build client meeting agendas, capture action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects moving forward
- Monitor account performance and identify trends, risks, or opportunities that require attention
- Prepare reporting, organize insights, and support strategic planning discussions
- Maintain accurate account documentation, project plans, and client records
- Support client onboarding and help deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively work with internal teams to resolve them
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, e-commerce, project coordination, or an agency environment
- Education or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on commitments
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and client strategy
