Responsibilities
Understand company strategy and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for your product areas, to achieve strategic outcomes and increase wallet share.
Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs and pain points.
Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and good judgement to create a compelling business case and quantify return on investment.
Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking and ensure concepts are valuable and feasible.
Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other functions to ensure successful product launches and releases.
Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together to create value for customers.
Participate in industry events, and lead customer and partner facing engagements as a product expert.
Understand competitive landscape.
Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field of study.
5+ years of Software Product Management experience, with prior experience building platform services, shared APIs, or other developer-facing capabilities.
Strong technical foundation, including working knowledge of APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration.
Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus.
Proven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products.
Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, and a habit of using them to bring efficiency and leverage to day-to-day product work — including research, analysis, writing, and stakeholder communication
Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid understanding of Agile practices is required and familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus.
