About the role

  • Principal Product Manager overseeing product strategy and roadmap for a wellness platform. Driving growth and product outcomes in a remote-first environment focused on health and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Own the core platform product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead our upmarket and premium feature strategy
  • Drive end-to-end product outcomes across complex, multi-workstream initiatives
  • Lead data-driven decision making across your product areas
  • Champion the voice of the practitioner
  • Serve as a force multiplier for the product team
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Contribute to org-wide product planning
  • Evaluate strategic bets
  • Establish shared frameworks and ways of working

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least several years operating at a senior or principal level in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of owning large, complex product areas and delivering meaningful outcomes with a high degree of autonomy
  • Deeply data-driven — you set up instrumentation, define success metrics, track outcomes rigorously, and use data to inform strategy and prioritization
  • Experience with monetization, pricing, or payments product strategy is a strong asset
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to synthesize market data, user insights, and business context into a compelling, actionable product vision
  • Deep expertise in product discovery, user research, and evidence-based decision making
  • Strong cross-functional influencer — you align diverse stakeholders and drive momentum without relying on formal authority
  • Experience navigating organizational complexity, competing priorities, and resource constraints
  • Results-driven and self-directed, comfortable operating in fast-moving, growth-stage environments
  • Naturally elevates the people around you — through mentorship, modeling excellent craft, and raising the standard for what "good" looks like
