Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Extensive experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, or JavaScript (for frontend engineers).
- Proven track record of managing complex software projects from inception to delivery, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and languages as needed.
