Responsibilities
Support Technical Sales: Lead discovery conversations that go beyond surface-level requirements
Understand the customer's data architecture, governance challenges, and monetization goals
Deliver demonstrations that feel less like product tours and more like collaborative problem-solving sessions
Build the Technical Sales Infrastructure: Create and maintain demonstration environments that showcase real value
Develop reusable assets—scripts, accelerators, architectural diagrams—that make every subsequent sale more efficient
Be the Voice of the Customer to Engineering: Work regularly with the engineering team to relay what you're hearing in the field
Navigate Complex Deals: Scope technical efforts for proof of concepts and workshops
Grow With the Company: Help define what the SE function looks like
Requirements
5+ years in a pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical sales role
Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS required; Azure/GCP familiarity a plus)
Hands-on experience with the modern data stack: Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms
Proficiency with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and API tools (Swagger, Postman)
Comfort in the terminal and ability to script solutions (Python preferred)
Experience creating architectural diagrams and customer-facing technical documentation
English fluency required; French is a meaningful asset
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
