Field GTM Manager creating ecommerce events and communities for Richpanel’s AI-native helpdesk. Generating qualified demos, pipeline and closed ARR through targeted field programs.
Responsibilities
Attend or host 3–4 focused events each month across North America
Generate 10–15 qualified demos each month from field activities
Build the annual calendar of dinners, roundtables, retreats and community events
Review attendee lists and identify target accounts before events
Pre-book conversations with high-value prospects
Collaborate with agencies, BPOs, technology partners and operator communities on joint events
Own the guest experience from invitation through follow-up
Host dinners, moderate discussions and make thoughtful introductions
Follow up quickly and convert interest into held demos with appropriate stakeholders
Maintain accurate event-sourced pipeline data in the CRM
Measure cost per qualified demo, pipeline and closed ARR by event
Build a repeatable field-event playbook
Learn Richpanel's AI-native helpdesk product, customers and target buyers
Build community, event and partner maps, target-account lists and guest lists
Attend customer demos and create six-month field calendars
Develop relationships with partners and community leaders
Report to the Head of Partnerships and work directly with the CEO and sales team
Requirements
3+ years in field GTM, events, community, business development, hospitality, brand marketing or a related customer-facing role
Background in arts, humanities, communications, hospitality, theatre, design or event production
Experience owning a pipeline, meetings or revenue target
Ability to demonstrate events that produced qualified sales conversations
Ability to write warm, personal invitations
Ability to speak with ecommerce founders, Heads of CX and agency owners
Organizational skills to manage travel, vendors, guest lists, budgets and follow-up
Comfortable travelling several times each month
Experience at an ecommerce brand, agency, BPO, Shopify app or customer-experience company is a strong signal
Existing relationships with ecommerce founders, operators, agency leaders or community hosts are a strong signal
Experience running private dinners, executive roundtables, retreats or small conferences is a strong signal
Experience selling or generating pipeline for B2B SaaS is a strong signal
Experience moderating panels, hosting podcasts, performing on stage or building communities is a strong signal
