Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience (certification strongly preferred)
- Proven experience designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications
- 3–5 years of client‑facing experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- 3+ years working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
- Strong background in ITSM/ITIL processes
