Requirements
- Empathetic and clear communicator. You speak with kindness, listen actively, and make others feel at ease – even during difficult or emotional conversations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. You can juggle multiple patients at different stages in the process and never let things slip through the cracks.
- Tech-comfortable. You’re comfortable learning tools like Google Workspace, EHR platforms (e.g., Healthie), or CRMs like HubSpot, and pick up new software quickly.
